- Oversee commercial contracts, including NDAs, statements of work, master service agreements, and partner agreements, by handling necessary agreements and working with sales, legal, and finance teams.
- Support day-to-day administration and operational tasks for the global sales team, including opportunity and deal management and customer and partner onboarding.
- Act as the sales interface for finance, legal, marketing, and services departments by supporting go-to-market initiatives, projects, and tasks.
- Assist sales leaders with pipeline and opportunity inspection and validation.
- Organize, support, and manage end-to-end quarterly business reviews, including data preparation, reporting, actionable summaries, and next steps.
- Manage and maintain sales data in Salesforce, customer relationship management systems, and other sales tools.
- Conduct regular pipeline and activity reviews with the sales team and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and key performance indicators.
- Identify operational gaps, data-quality issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
- Own and maintain the Sales Operations knowledge base, including policies, procedures, templates, onboarding materials, training resources, and best practices.
- Assist with onboarding and training new sales representatives.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or a configure, price, quote tool.
- Analytical skills and comfort working with Excel and reports.
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for innovation and process improvement to maximize efficiency.
