- Be a final-year student at a Grande École engineering program with a specialization in information systems and project management, or a master's program with a specialization in information systems and project management.
- Have confirmed prior experience.
- Participate in setting up and monitoring project-management tools, including schedules, indicators, and dashboards.
- Track deliverables, milestones, and risks.
- Help organize governance meetings, including project committees and steering committees.
- Prepare meeting materials and draft and validate meeting minutes.
- Participate in project document management using SharePoint, Teams, and similar tools.
- Support coordination of work across IT teams, business teams, and service providers.
- Propose improvements to project-management processes.
- Produce project-monitoring dashboards and regular reporting for stakeholders.
- Describe the action-processing workflow in the context of the transformation operation.
- Identify information systems to integrate, separate, or migrate and develop suitable action plans.
- Define IT impact categories in collaboration with the finance and legal departments.
- Map the target information system.
- Establish a concise documentation model by selecting appropriate methods and tools.
- Establish a concise information-systems architecture documentation model covering the current-state assessment and application, technical, and business views of the map.
- Make governance recommendations.
