- 9-11+ years of Product Management experience
- Atleast 1 year of experience leading Product Management teams of 5-10, and a proven track record of building & running high-performing, diverse & inclusive teams
- 5+ years of PM leadership or equivalent experience building, executing and scaling >1M user consumer internet products
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to manage, mentor and motivate a team, as well as align a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goal
- A “can do / no excuses” mindset for winning with resource constraints
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with Executive-level leadership
- Develop a qualitative and quantitative understanding of Reddit's user journey from discovery to signup and ongoing engagement.
- Utilize these insights to build a vision, strategy and roadmap for driving active user growth.
- Structure an organization, processes and goals to execute these goals
- Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering counterparts to develop and execute this vision.
- Own the operational status of Daily Active User (DAU) growth, consistently monitoring shifts in historical performance, identifying issues, and tracking product delivery and impact. Adjust roadmaps as needed to achieve active user growth goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ Product Managers in developing, refining, and executing the growth product strategy.
- Ensure effective management of budgets, legal, policy and safety compliance as well as external communications to deliver successful long-term products.
- Thrive in an environment requiring innovative product development while collaborating with the broader product organization to maintain a cohesive product experience.
