About the job
- Initial training in construction economics.
- Professional experience in the field and a broad knowledge of building trades and all-trades construction.
- Knowledge, or willingness to learn, of regulations applicable to the relevant construction trades.
- Proficiency with computer-aided design tools.
- Strong rigor and attention to technical detail.
- Ability to collaborate with numerous external and internal stakeholders.
- Provide technical design for architectural packages, including finishing works, structural works, and roads and utilities networks.
- Draft written contract documents, including CCTP and CCAP documents.
- Prepare cost estimates, descriptions, and quantity takeoffs.
- Ensure the relevance of analyses and proposals.
- Contribute actively to the success of multidisciplinary building projects focused on energy and environmental performance or occupant comfort.
