Requirements
  • At least 8–10 years of professional experience in organization management and global project management.
  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and execute global IT infrastructure and support functions.
  • Direct IT infrastructure and support operations to meet company and internal customer requirements.
  • Support and maintain existing infrastructure and develop new technical solutions.
  • Set the global strategy for utilizing infrastructure technology while maintaining an operational focus.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited resources and budgets to maximize performance and contribution.
  • Oversee all IT infrastructure, including network and systems, operations, projects, and ongoing user support.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into initiatives to enhance automation, decision-making, and user productivity; identify use cases, govern responsible adoption, and operationalize artificial intelligence with stakeholders.
  • Develop IT infrastructure strategy and support digital transformation and systems maintenance.
  • Manage organizational development, budgets, people development, and people management.
  • Align the global organization.
  • Provide day-to-day systems support.
  • Support video conferencing and room systems.
  • Support audiovisual systems, including digital signage.
  • Analyze complex business needs presented by users or clients and recommend technical solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and enforce standards and procedures for implementing technical solutions to ensure infrastructure consistency and maintainability.
  • Monitor new technology relevant to company security and infrastructure.
  • Respond to the needs of a 24/7 operation as needed.
  • Manage data backups, including regular execution, integrity checks, and periodic test restores to verify successful data recovery.
  • Direct and prioritize the workload of IT infrastructure and support teams.
  • Participate in hardware and software evaluations and maintain vendor contracts.
