Responsibilities
  • Assist with the end-to-end processing of payroll for employees on monthly basis.
  • Enter payroll-related data and maintain accurate records of employee information, salary changes, benefits, and deductions
  • Ensure new hires, terminations details are up to date (on Cweb, tracker and SF)
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll reports (KPIS’s) and summaries for management.
  • Support the team with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
  • Manage the Payroll Inbox and ensure all queries are flagged for the relevant team member or responded to accurately and in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the wider People Team to review all people processes, with the aim to automate and streamline
  • Ensure the payroll team processes are running with polished efficiency - this includes data cleanses, process mapping in line with GDPR compliance and audit.
