About the company

Squatters Pubs runs a chain of Utah brewpubs and restaurants that brew beer on-site and serve a menu built on locally sourced ingredients. Guests can enjoy beers at locations in downtown Salt Lake City, Park City, and the Salt Lake City International Airport, with private event spaces available. The company stands out through its in-house brewing heritage, emphasis on local sourcing, and a long history as Salt Lake City’s first brewpub, along with a shift to a locally controlled brand after ownership changes. Its goal is to grow Squatters Pubs as a clearly identified, locally rooted chain that distributes award-winning beers and provides a consistent, community-focused dining and drinking experience.
