Requirements
  • 3 years of agency experience with 1-2 years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales experience in data, TV, and/or digital video
  • Deep Product knowledge
  • Technical experience in data strategy, analytics, and/or measurement/adops
  • Knowledge of using external sales tools such as Media Radar, E-marketer, Kantar, Seller Crowd, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Desire to upskill rapidly and often within product, data science, marketing science disciplines, to sell effectively to clients
  • Clear understanding/experience with 6-12m sales cycles
  • Collaborative teammate and partner across the company
Responsibilities
  • Focus on achieving and exceeding revenue goals and sales activity KPIs
  • Accelerate demand for VideoAmp solutions among agencies and advertisers
  • Champion the VideoAmp brand & be confident pitching VideoAmp Solutions in market, while continuing to develop personal learning agendas around more advanced VideoAmp offerings
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proactively providing solutions to meet their goals
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including contract negotiations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success, including strategy & pricing, revenue operations, customer success, product, marketing, and engineering teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape, and communicate insights to internal teams
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
