About the job
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Computer proficiency is required.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Detail-oriented, with interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team player.
- Successful completion of employment verifications, a background check, a drug screen, and a driving record check if applicable is required before hire.
- Create, verify, and process daily invoices.
- Provide administrative support for all departments.
- Receive daily job tickets and check tickets for descriptions of completed work, extra parts used on the job, and required paperwork.
- Audit job costs entered in the billing system and printed on tentative registers against the billed amount daily to assure costs align with the billed amount.
- Maintain project folders where required, as needed.
- Meet production goals and month-end processing requirements.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
