  • Create both online and offline event ideas and collaborate with agencies and influencers to ensure successful implementation
  • Develop incentive plans and benchmarks to cooperate with creators to build more maps/gameplay modes/ DIY content and cultivate potential players to become UGC contributors in building up the UGC ecosystem
  • Coordinate with content department and external partners to produce high-quality content for social marketing and analyze its performance
  • Identify and establish collaborations with partners in forefront, niche, and anime fields to create unique experiences
  • Use analytics and KPIs to evaluate marketing initiatives and optimize strategies for each version of the title
