What believers are saying

  • On May 21, 2026, Modaxo agreed to buy Conduent's public transit business for $164 million.
  • Aerivo joined Modaxo on March 3, 2026, adding airport terminal operations software.
  • On April 28, 2026, Trapeze ANZ won Transport for NSW's Opal Next Generation bus project.

What critics are saying

  • The Conduent transit deal still needs closing conditions, leaving execution exposed through 2026.
  • Trapeze Europe's February 2026 rebrand fragments product families and risks customer confusion.
  • A failed integration of Conduent, Aerivo, and SISCOG would destroy Modaxo's roll-up economics.

What makes Modaxo unique

  • Modaxo bundles transit, rail, aviation, curbside, and enforcement software under one ownership model.
  • Its 2026 brand spinoffs, like Trellint and Elovate, preserve niche customer-facing identities.
  • Constellation Software backing gives Modaxo acquisition capital and disciplined operating playbooks.
