About the job
- Have 1 to 3 years of experience in Microsoft and Cisco platform infrastructure or similar positions.
- Have a degree in Systems Engineering, Computing, or a related career.
- Hold a CCNA certification.
- Have knowledge of Windows operating systems, virtualized network environments using VMware, Office, routers and switches, telecommunications and data cabling, and network monitoring tools.
- Have a driver's license and own transportation, and live in the metropolitan area.
- Be available for overtime when approved.
- Communicate effectively and be service-oriented.
- Manage technology infrastructure for networks and servers, ensure compliance with service-level operational agreements with business units, and ensure day-to-day processes are healthy.
- Administer and operate LAN and Wi-Fi networks using Cisco technology.
- Administer and operate Microsoft servers.
- Ensure all services provided are properly documented using official documents.
