  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience
  • Experience in 3D CAD design software
  • Experience in troubleshooting failures
  • Experience in GD&T principles and tolerance analysis
  • Experience in manufacturing processes
Responsibilities
  • Support Test engineering team with required test fixtures and validation tools through the entire product design lifecycle
  • Help engineers and technicians with lab’s test setups in gathering data during validation process
  • Work closely with suppliers to design and fabricate complex camera holders
  • Perform FA on fixture related issues and work closely with tooling suppliers to deliver solutions
  • Improving the quality of test fixtures by providing mechanical engineering insight

  • Proactive and highly self-motivated
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with prototyping solutions, optical production-level testing fixtures.
  • Experience in thermal management solutions, including the use of different materials to optimize heat dissipation.
  • Strong understanding of automation used in high volume production workflow to improve consistent output.
  • Project and product management experience is desired.
