We are looking for a passionate Zone Managerto help lead our MECCA Dunedin store in NZ. We have opportunities for part-time and full-time on a 22 to 38 hour basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities / Ngā kawenga o ia rā : 

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store 

• Leadingfrom the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team 

• Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values 

What success looks like in this role / Ngā āhua o te angitu i tēnei tūranga : 

• Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams  

• A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments 

• Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members 

If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trail period

Requirement of the role:

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends
