Its offerings include fresh sushi, wok dishes, and poké bowls prepared by live show-cooking chefs inside retail spaces. The company sets itself apart with a multi-brand portfolio (Sushi Gourmet, Mai Sushi, Genji, Poké Lé Lé) and a retailer-focused, in-store kiosk model supported by central kitchens and strategic partnerships.
