Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance, system inspections, and performance testing.
Work with DX systems, chilled water and hot water systems, hydronic components, pumps, variable frequency drives, and HVAC controls.
Support installations, repairs, and service projects while following quality and safety standards.
Communicate with customers about equipment issues, recommended repairs, and solutions.
Maintain accurate service tickets, job estimates, and other required documentation.
Collaborate with fellow technicians, service managers, and other team members to deliver reliable service.
Depending on experience, assist with training and mentoring less-experienced technicians, troubleshooting complex systems, and providing technical guidance.
