Private Client Services (PCS) was formed in 1974 to provide financial advice and investment services for the firm’s associates.We later expanded to include clients outside of Capital Group.PCS has historically provided advice and investment services direct to the end client.
As a PCS OAS Summer Associate, you will
Review our client service (and onboarding) requirements tied to portfolio construction to provide a recommendation for what the Portfolio Consultant should manage
•Execute the proposed role and iteratively provide feedback on the scope of the position
•Collaborate with OAS leadership on which portfolio construction responsibilities best fit across OAS roles

- You are pursuing an MBA with an anticipated Spring 2026 graduation date with a current GPA of 3.0 or higher
- You possess a strong interest in a financial services career
- You are familiar with how investment securities operate
- You demonstrate strong relationship building, collaboration, organizational and communication skills
- You exhibit leadership qualities and are proactive in your work
- You exhibit a passion for continuous learning
Hourly Rate: $40/hour

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
