Required Skills
  • 5+ years working directly in the Amazon platform for one or more brands
  • Strong leadership experience managing a team of 2-5+ individual contributors
  • Experience managing 6 figure + advertising budgets and working within Seller Central
  • Own the Amazon P&L and hit monthly revenue and EBITDA targets
  • Develop the strategy required to hit ambitious growth targets
  • Manage Amazon advertising to drive growth and optimize profitability
  • Analyze SKU level data to identify trends and make recommendations
  • Work closely with operations team to improve forecasting process and ensure strong inventory position
  • Monitor FBA and shipment fees to reduce costs
  • Oversee product and brand pages to adhere to Amazon best practices
  • Monitor competitor tactics and apply best practices
  • Address pricing violations to ensure buy box ownership
  • Build reporting cadence of key business metrics
  • Research and resolve issues related to inventory shipments and product listings
  • Collaborate with performance marketing team on Amazon advertising budget
  • Work with e-commerce, creative, and brand team to update Amazon creative and content
