Requirements

A Diversificado-level educational qualification is required.
A current Category M license is required.
Candidates must own a motorcycle that is in good condition.
Candidates must be available to work the required schedule.
Candidates must be accustomed to working under pressure.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers by offering value propositions that generate transactions and maximize benefits for both parties.
Conduct effective negotiations with customers in accordance with the sales process to meet monthly sales objectives.
Ensure commercial levers at the point of sale are used in accordance with organizational policies to support sustained growth for both parties.
Offer and recommend priority products to customers to expand the stock-keeping units carried at each point of sale.
Review product inventory turnover at the point of sale and recommend order quantities to customers.
Place lightweight point-of-purchase materials and displays at the point of sale.

Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidascon sus clientes asignados ofreciendo propuestas de valor que generan transacciones, maximizando el beneficio de ambas partes.
Realizar negociaciones efectivas con los clientes siguiendo el proceso comercial de ventas con el fin de asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos de ventas mensuales.
Garantizar que las palancas comerciales del punto de venta sean utilizadas de acuerdo con las políticas organizacionales con el fin de generar un crecimiento sostenido para ambas partes.
Ofrecer y recomendar portafolio prioritario al cliente con el fin de ampliar los skus que maneja el punto de venta.
Revisar la rotación del inventario de producto en el punto de venta con la finalidad de poder sugerir al cliente la cantidad de pedido quedebe solicitar.
Colocar material POP liviano y exhibiciones en el punto de venta.
