- Facilitate virtual lobbies.
- Monitor applicants’ completion of required forms and assessments in the virtual lobby.
- Contact applicants through phone invitations and cold calls.
- Track applicants’ progress throughout the hiring process.
- Create and endorse required documents.
- Schedule interviews using calendar invitations and collate feedback afterward.
- Provide applicants with process updates and address their concerns throughout the hiring process.
- Schedule applicant interviews.
- Administer role-based assessments.
- Attend interviews conducted by leaders.
- Collect and consolidate applicants’ pre-application files required for the hiring process.
- Update People Acquisition team trackers and files.
- Assist the People Acquisition team with clerical and administrative tasks.
- Generate reports and perform other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
