  • BA/BS and JD from respected institutions, member of the California, New York or other applicable bar in good standing
  • 4+ years of relevant legal experience working in a law firm and in-house legal department, with at least 2 years of in-house experience focused on revenue-generating commercial transactions
  • Experience drafting and negotiating to successful and timely closure enterprise cloud, infrastructure and SaaS sales agreements
  • Experience supporting a sales organization and keeping pace with a steady volume of commercial transactions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire deep product knowledge in the technology space
