  • Marketing technology sales and account management experience
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives in key verticals
  • Understanding of digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • Track record of success in carrying a quota, closing medium to large accounts
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles- demonstrated ownership of all aspects of territory management
  • Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market
  • Must work well in a team selling environment
  • Native German speaker
  • Fluent English speaker
Responsibilities
  • Exceed individual booking quota by signing new companies that will benefit and grow using impact.com
  • Strategically manage and prioritize every account in the territory
  • Develop and execute an outreach strategy to engage prospects
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Channel Partnerships, and Marketing
  • Utilize sales processes and methodologies to guide and progress deals
  • Understand diverse use cases of impact.com and provide tailored advice
  • Deliver customized demos and presentations aligned with customer priorities
  • Drive momentum in deals by defining, tracking, and working towards next steps
  • Accurately forecast revenue from new business and expansion opportunities
  • Engage in professional development to enhance selling skills
