A minimum of ten years of progressive senior leadership experience, with experience or exposure in a public sector environment.

Work collaboratively with the Chief Administrative Officer to translate Council's strategic objectives into actionable goals.
Plan and implement departmental initiatives and objectives aligned with the corporate strategic plan and corporate business needs.
Prioritize safety by providing safety-focused leadership and accountability to County operations while supporting the organization's commitment to safety.
Champion and promote positive collaboration, connection, and a respectful work environment within the Division and organization.
Desired Qualifications
A Master's degree in a related program is considered an asset.
Certified Local Government Manager (CLGM) or similar accreditation is an asset.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
