Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify, attract, and cultivate relationships with key partners in the digital advertising ecosystem, including traditional publishers, marketplaces, social platforms, and commerce platforms.
  • Manage and optimize the business development pipeline, ensuring efficient lead generation, qualification, and nurturing.
  • Lead acquisition and negotiation efforts for large-scale media company prospects.
  • Be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue and customer acquisition goals aligned with the Business Development team's objectives.
  • Drive revenue by prioritizing high-potential opportunities while planning for longer-term initiatives.
  • Negotiate and close partnerships that align with company objectives and offer mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Coordinate global account discussions with counterparts in APAC and EMEA regions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to design and participate in impactful programs.
  • Utilize exceptional communication skills to inspire team members and foster strong external relationships.
  • Conduct regular team meetings focused on pipeline review and strategy alignment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the product roadmap and platform functionality. Collect customer feedback and advocate for new technical advancements to expand market share.
