U.S. Urology Partners helps independent urology practices stay independent while gaining access to resources they need to grow. It offers financial backing and deep operations support—such as IT, informatics, and revenue cycle management—so practices can focus on delivering high-quality patient care. The partnership approach is collaborative and designed to preserve physician control, rather than placing groups under hospital systems. Compared with other options, it emphasizes maintaining autonomy, providing strong financial resources, and applying healthcare-management expertise to expand access to urologic care. The company’s goal is to help urology groups of any size achieve their objectives without losing independence in a consolidating industry.
