About the Job

Requirements

  • A five-year higher-education degree (BAC+5) is required.
  • At least five years of experience on Microsoft 365 migration projects is required.
  • Candidates must have broad knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Teams.
  • Candidates must know one or more migration tools, such as BitTitan or Binary Tree.
  • Candidates must be able to work in teams and adapt to client projects.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on their digital strategy.
  • Lead technical architecture workshops.
  • Understand clients’ functional needs and technical constraints.
  • Recommend complex architectures to address business problems or needs.
  • Define and improve architecture standards, patterns, and the service catalogue.
  • Supervise implementation of technical recommendations within projects.
  • Write associated documents, including high-level and low-level design documents.
  • Lead projects and teams.
  • Work independently on technical scoping and presales phases.
  • Monitor technology developments.

Desired Qualifications

  • One or more Microsoft certifications or an MVP title is preferred.
