Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • R&P has two contracting channels: its own prime contract vehicles and support work for other prime contractors.
  • Ship testing has a nondegree route: R&P's Pascagoula role accepts high school diploma or GED plus two relevant years.
  • Washington acquisition analysts at R&P support foreign military sales, adding international programme exposure to domestic Navy work.

What critics are saying

  • R&P's Washington junior analyst work includes travel: candidates must accommodate customer trips, up to 10%.
  • Shipboard access is physically demanding: R&P's Mississippi test role requires steep ladders, confined spaces and unaided 25-pound lifts.
  • R&P's acquisition work has security barriers: its Washington analyst position requires Secret clearance, and most roles require U.S. citizenship.

What makes R&P Technologies unique

  • R&P combines ship work with hardware production: its manufacturing catalog includes power converters and switchboard meter panels.
  • R&P holds a shipboard installation credential: its alteration installation team is approved by Naval Sea Systems Command.
  • R&P formalizes delivery quality: its quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified and Naval Sea Systems Command approved.
