About The Role:
ttg:digital is TodayTix Group’s latest venture in disrupting the cultural experience space. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful digital marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show’s viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchasing tickets.
The ttg:digital team is seeking a driven, self-starter to join us as a Client Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Client Services team in delivering exceptional service to our partners in the live entertainment industry. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver and multitasker who is comfortable meeting and working with a variety of individuals. The Client Services Coordinator must be highly organized with excellent communication skills, as a core part of this role is handling day-to-day correspondence including scheduling and communication with both clients and our internal teams.

Please note: this is a full-time position and qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage day-to-day correspondence, scheduling and communication with clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with the media planner to ensure up-to-date assets are trafficked and digital campaigns are quality assured.
- Meet regularly with Account Directors to assist and prioritize ongoing projects and tasks
- Prepare presentation decks for weekly client meetings
- Submit requests to internal teams to kick start projects, communicating client needs and ensuring projects meet deadlines
- Review all assets from internal teams and send to clients for approval, assuring every detail is correct
- Attend client meetings, taking detailed notes for internal teams
- Track quarterly and weekly billing for clients, helping to manage the budget and ensure 100% accuracy
- Pull performance numbers for media and marketing reports
We’re Looking for Someone With:
- An understanding of basic digital marketing and media buying principals
- Excellent attention to detail, and ability to organize lists of projects and manage the flow of information in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with spreadsheets and formulas
- A Team player, proactive and friendly attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Great phone manners and speaking skills
- Interest in / knowledge of theater (a plus but not a must)
