  • Business acumen, strategic thinking, financial analytical skills, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in an Enterprise Data Governance Program
  • Understanding of data governance practices, metadata management, and data quality concepts
  • Knowledge of CDE identification, data attributes, and lineage documentation
  • Experience with architecture design, relational databases, and process design
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
  • Familiarity with tools such as Alation, Collibra, JIRA, Monte Carlo, Great expectations or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
  • Versatile and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ensure compliance with Enterprise Data Governance Policies and Standards
  • Operationalization of data governance processes
  • Contribute to the execution of the Enterprise Data Strategy
  • Implement data standards and business rules
  • Facilitate education and training in data governance policies
  • Work with functional units to identify CDE and business terms
  • Document and maintain CDE business descriptions and data lineage
  • Facilitate data quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with Data Owners and IT data for fit-for-purpose data
  • Perform other duties as required
