Requirements
  • A current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance is required.
  • Within the past ten years, experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis missions is required.
  • Within the past ten years, experience supporting the Intelligence Community or related government, industry, or academic organizations in intelligence collection, intelligence policy, and intelligence systems and capabilities is required.
  • Within the past ten years, experience applying intelligence analysis principles, methodologies, and tradecraft, including Human Intelligence and Signals Intelligence collection and analysis methods, is required.
  • Within the past ten years, experience developing intelligence requirements, collection strategies, and analytical methodologies to collect, manage, analyze, and present intelligence supporting cyber investigations and operations is required.
  • Within the past ten years, experience producing intelligence reporting and analytical products, including Intelligence Information Reports, serialized intelligence products, cyber threat intelligence products, and operational assessments, is required.
  • Within the past ten years, experience managing projects involving scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, and performance management is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership, management, business operations support, quality assurance, and oversight of personnel supporting the Operations Enablement Directorate.
  • Provide overall direction and coordination of personnel assigned to the Operations Enablement Directorate, including task assignment, supervision of technical activities, performance management, and execution of contract requirements.
  • Oversee ongoing technical efforts, provide strategic guidance, and ensure delivery of high-quality products and services supporting mission objectives.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of personnel supporting the Operations Enablement Directorate.
  • Manage and coordinate technical activities to align with government priorities and mission requirements.
  • Assign tasks, monitor workload distribution, and oversee team performance.
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables and services.
  • Support contract-related business operations, financial management, and reporting activities, excluding inherently governmental functions.
  • Advise the government on technical approaches, operational considerations, and process improvements.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical, operational, staffing, and programmatic activities.
  • Support collaboration across government, company, and external stakeholder organizations.
  • Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations as required to support mission requirements.

Nightwing and ProCustom Group launch rugged laptops with integrated cyber resiliency solutions

Nightwing, an intelligence solutions company, has partnered with ProCustom Group to launch rugged laptops with integrated cybersecurity solutions. The new portfolio features PCG's customised commercial off-the-shelf rugged devices pre-installed with Nightwing's Boot Shield and Electronic Armor technologies. The integrated platform combines rugged notebooks with Intel AI-enabled processors, hot-swappable batteries and sunlight-readable displays alongside Nightwing's cyber resiliency tools. Boot Shield prevents boot-level attacks and firmware code injections, whilst Electronic Armor protects sensitive applications and data. The partnership aims to deliver secure computing solutions for mission-critical operations in extreme environments. The upcoming product range will include ruggedised laptops from 11 to 16 inches with customisable configurations. ProCustom Group specialises in environmental and electromagnetic hardening of ruggedised technology for military and aerospace applications.
