Responsibilities
Manage and support the day-to-day direct-care needs, operations, and programs of students at The Pines inside and outside the classroom.
Develop and maintain trusting, respectful relationships with students by understanding their interests, needs, and treatment goals.
Complete administrative tasks, including student move-in and move-out assistance, shift logs, incident reports, intervention plans, progress tracking, and required meetings and trainings.
Work proactively with students to minimize and prevent crises, de-escalate crises when they occur, and process or debrief crisis situations afterward.
Attend to and report emergencies and other situations requiring immediate attention to appropriate staff members according to The Pines policies and procedures.
Facilitate on-campus and off-campus programming and community development based on each student's treatment goals and clinical treatment plan.
Support clinical treatment plan goals in collaboration with the Pines clinical and education team, including documenting student effort and progress.
Support individual and group educational programming through classroom support.
Oversee and support student personal hygiene habits and bedroom cleanliness while maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Provide emotional and behavioral support through professional relationships, role-modeling, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy techniques.
Desired Qualifications
