- An Associate’s Degree or completion of an accredited paramedic program is required.
- A current and active registered nurse license is required.
- At least 2 years of vascular access or infusion experience is required.
- At least 2 years of leadership or management experience is required.

- Act as a backup point of contact for the Clinic Director.
- Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulations.
- Complete required training related to nutrition infusion therapies.
- Support daily clinic operations and workflow efficiency.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing staff.
- Train and educate team members on procedures and client care.
- Lead, motivate, and influence staff to meet performance goals.
- Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.
- Monitor and document staff performance in partnership with Human Resources.
- Support coaching, goal setting, and career development.
- Identify high-performing employees for growth opportunities.
- Assist in conflict resolution and team management.
