Hardware Engineer Intern
About the job
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree related to computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, technology, or computer science, with a graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office and other productivity software, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and scheduling tools.
- Experience with hardware component and systems design and development.
- Ability to create and analyze architectural and product specifications.
- Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Incubate new products, technologies, or features that enable product innovation.
- Develop proofs of concept and technical specifications for new products, features, and capabilities.
- Perform simulation, analytical analysis, design, and physical testing for computer hardware.
- Interface with multidisciplinary teams and quickly understand and build upon new technology.
- Develop detailed, clear, and concise summary reports of investigations and activities.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in design software such as Creo, Fusion, ANSYS, Flotherm XT, Flotherm computational fluid dynamics simulation software, Allegro, or OrCAD.
