Mentor less experienced Project Manager Is and IIs or other contributors in project management practices.
Mitigate risks, meet budgets, and meet project cost targets with little to no supervision.
Evaluate complex trade-offs and make or recommend decisions based on known facts and experience.
Contribute to the Project Management methodology and mindset throughout the organization.

Position Summary
The Project Manager III provides leadership, management, oversight, and principal liaison for all aspects for high complexity projects. In this role, the Project Manager III leads cross-functional efforts to develop new commercial products, new Law Enforcement products, or other strategic initiatives related to company goals. The Project Manager III also leads advancement of Project Management methodologies within FN America and trains less experienced Project Managers.
Job Duties
