Requirements
  • A Bac+5 degree in business, communications, project management, or engineering.
  • Successful experience coordinating complex content-production projects involving multiple projects, brands, or international stakeholders.
  • Confirmed experience managing content production, including print, visuals, brand adaptations, and reference-data management.
  • Proven expertise with Monday.com, including structuring workflows and dashboards and tracking workload and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of creative and graphic production workflows, brand-image considerations, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing external providers such as agencies, freelancers, and studios, including briefing, budget tracking, and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and continuously improving workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the deployment of production workflows for print, packaging, and visuals with internal and external providers.
  • Ensure data quality, reference consistency, and strict compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Define, rationalize, and maintain production standards and templates with Marketing teams.
  • Use semi-automated or traditional production methods according to the nature and complexity of requirements.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Business Units, creative teams, the Content Factory, and external partners.
  • Validate incoming briefs, challenge requests to avoid duplication, and secure production launches.
  • Arbitrate and advise to facilitate communication between teams.
  • Analyze creative needs, estimate workload, and coordinate resource allocation between internal and outsourced resources.
  • Structure, manage, and maintain project plans, tracking tables, and team priorities using Monday.com.
  • Anticipate scheduling risks and organize decisions during weekly follow-up meetings.
  • Select, brief, and manage freelancers and external providers, including negotiating within budget frameworks, monitoring services, and managing relationships.
