Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Fill, label, batch, clean, and package products using automated equipment and manual processes.
  • Load and unload production components, supply machines with materials, and handle components at various points along the production line.
  • Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure products meet quality requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment through routine cleaning, box breakdown, and housekeeping tasks.
  • Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices throughout production activities.
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors during the shift and adjust priorities on short notice.
  • Assist coworkers and supervisors as needed to support production activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Background in production assembly, candle pouring, or craftwork is beneficial but not required.
