About the job
- A high school diploma is required.
- Background in production assembly, candle pouring, or craftwork is beneficial but not required.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven.
- Ability to multitask and move quickly to keep the production line moving.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity are mandatory.
- Availability during the stated shift time and occasional weekends is required.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods is required.
- Fill, label, batch, clean, and package products using automated equipment and manual processes.
- Load and unload production components, supply machines with materials, handle components at various points along the production line, and perform additional tasks as required.
- Follow established standard operating procedures to ensure products meet all quality requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment by performing routine cleaning, breaking down boxes, and completing other housekeeping and organizational tasks.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices throughout production activities.
- Communicate regularly with supervisors throughout the shift and adjust priorities on short notice.
- Support coworkers by assisting peers and supervisors as needed and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
