  • 2+ years of experience selling Property & Casualty Insurance
  • Must have valid state active licenses in Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals are highly preferred
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized to meet deadlines on time

Responsibilities
  • Engage potential and current members via phone, email, text, and chat to assist with their insurance needs
  • Receive new leads and manage a pipeline of both SoFi members and direct-to-consumer leads
  • Drive the entire lifecycle of the insurance sale from intake to quoting to fulfillment, navigating our panel of insurance providers
  • Assist the Business Lead of Protect with the operational build-out of SoFi Protect products and services
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and help close any coverage gaps
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to help further enhance the business
