  • Document interactions in CRM platform with clarity and professionalism
  • Collaborate with third-party entities, navigators/brokers, and internal departments
  • Maintain a structured work schedule and be willing to work overtime during peak season
  • Demonstrate commitment to Gravie CARE service model and company-wide core competencies
