About the company

Intelligent Change is a global wellness lifestyle brand that creates science-backed tools to help people build positive habits. Its products combine simple, elegant designs with practical guidance to support behavior change, enabling users to establish healthier routines without extensive experimentation. Compared with competitors, Intelligent Change emphasizes accessible, evidence-based methods and a long track record (since 2013) of creating standardized tools for habit formation, rather than relying on vague promises.
