As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious drinks and providing outstanding service to our visitors. Hidden Valley Orchards operates under a Gratuity-Free Service Model for our bar program.
This means our bartenders are paid a competitive hourly wage and do not rely on traditional tipping. Guests are not expected to tip, allowing our team to focus fully on hospitality, product knowledge, and delivering a consistent, elevated experience. This model supports equitable compensation across our farm team and ensures a collaborative culture.

This position offers a starting wage range of $15.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, product knowledge, and demonstrated hospitality or leadership skills.
Team members may be eligible for pay increases as they expand their skill sets, demonstrate exceptional guest service, take on additional responsibilities, and show strong leadership and reliability.
