Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of combined spa, hotel front desk, and/or retail experience preferred.

  • Must be comfortable navigating uneven terrain and stairways in a natural outdoor environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a high level of patience and professionalism.
  • Comfort working in a guest-focused environment where attentiveness is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Answer phones promptly and provide accurate information about spa services and resort amenities.
  • Efficiently and accurately book guest appointments; support all staff involved with LMT bookings, communication, and documentation including Spa Manager(s), LMT Liaison, Springs Manager, Supervisors, etc.
  • Greet guests with a warm and sincere welcome, providing detailed explanations of available spa services, private pools, workshops, and soaking options.
  • Engage with spa and springs guests in a friendly and professional manner with gracious hospitality.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of spa services, workshops, private pool, menu offerings, and retail products.
  • Effectively articulate and describe spa services, retail products, and related offerings with enthusiasm and clarity.
  • Escort and provide tours of the spa facility in a friendly and unhurried manner as needed.
  • Promote service specials, packages, and all facilities to enhance guest experience.
  • Communicate guest requests or concerns to the necessary managers and record on the correct log.
  • Manage and complete daily paperwork as required by protocols.
  • Open and close the spa, including handling cash transactions, processing retail receipts, running reports, and ensuring all close-out reports accurately reflect activities and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby reception area, keeping personal beverages away from the workspace.
  • Assist with planning and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly inventory counts.
  • Utilize downtime efficiently by following checklists, reviewing procedures, and seeking guidance from the Spa and Retail Director when necessary.
  • Cross-train with Springs and Lodging departments for a seamless guest experience.
  • Understand emergency and first aid procedures, directing guests accordingly in case of an incident.
  • Incorporate the resort’s service excellence culture, mission, and core values into all aspects of job performance.
