About the job
- Successful experience leading technical teams, preferably in temperature mapping, validation, or regulated life sciences environments.
- Deep understanding of Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation principles, temperature mapping methodologies, and regulatory frameworks including GxP, Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Distribution Practice, USP <1079>, and ISO standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships, motivate teams, and engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to approach challenges creatively and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in an agile scale-up environment and manage change and competing priorities.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel as needed, primarily within the United States.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of validation engineers while fostering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation projects to meet quality, regulatory, and timeline expectations.
- Implement and continuously improve validation processes, tools, and documentation practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Act as the primary liaison between the validation team, clients, and internal cross-functional teams including the Project Management Office, Research and Development, Quality Assurance, and Customer Success.
- Ensure validation activities comply with GxP and ISO standards and client specifications.
- Manage team capacity, recruitment, and development plans to meet business demands.
- Provide input to the company’s validation strategy and participate in shaping the roadmap for compliance services.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences.
