- 4-6+ years of experience in operations, sales, or a client-facing role within the ad tech space
- Comprehensive knowledge of and proficiency with Google Workspace
- Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Qlik or Tableau
- Strong ability to navigate, organize, and present large sets of data both internally and in client facing settings
- Strong project management skills and experience working with project management tools
- Drive projects in service of 3-5 strategic Taboola partnerships, ensuring seamless administration, execution, and follow-up.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse and cross-functional internal stakeholders, leveraging internal expertise in supporting processes, dashboards, and analyses that help inform key operational decisions for Taboola’s strategic partnerships.
- Act as a liaison for internal questions and inquiries about projects, minimizing direct escalations and facilitating effective communication.
- Ensure externally facing processes and SLAs meet strategic partners' needs through close collaboration with internal teams, including Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Professional Services, and Sales Operations.
- Collaborate with the Global Director of Partner Operations on matters of operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and leading streamlined implementation of processes.
