About the Company

ModivCare

Tech-enabled non-emergency medical transportation

ModivCare provides non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT), personal care, and remote monitoring services using a technology-enabled platform. It coordinates ride logistics and care services so underserved populations can get to medical appointments and receive in-home support and monitoring as part of a connected care ecosystem. The company leverages its legacy logistics network (LogistiCare) and expanded services to bridge gaps between patients and healthcare, particularly for those with mobility or access challenges. Compared with competitors, ModivCare combines transportation management with in-home assistance and remote patient monitoring under one framework, focusing on serving vulnerable communities with scalable tech-enabled care solutions. The goal is to improve access to care, ensuring people can attend appointments and receive ongoing support, thereby connecting patients more effectively to the healthcare system.
