It Has My Face launches Version 1.0 with new chapters and expanded multiplayer. 3 hours ago It Has My Face has officially reached Version 1.0, with developer NightByte Games and publisher Behaviour Interactive launching the full version of the first-person horror roguelite on Steam. The game, which was first released in Early Access, keeps its base price at $9.99, but the full launch is arriving with a 20% discount. Behaviour is also marking the release with bonus content for Dead by Daylight players and a discounted bundle featuring both games. Version 1.0 adds the final chapters of the story. Discover more Video Games Action & Platform Games Set in a dystopian world where identity is constantly in question, It Has My Face tasks players with hunting down and killing their own clone before it kills them first. Each run changes the setup, giving players a new face, body, and set of mutators. With Version 1.0, the game now includes two final chapters that complete its story. These additions introduce new monsters, mutators, and environments, while also leading players into a final confrontation that reveals more about the protagonist and the wider state of the world. Multiplayer expands to support up to eight players. One of the larger additions in the full release is the return of multiplayer. Originally limited to 1v1, the mode now supports up to eight players across two new formats: Team Deathmatch and Free for All. In these matches, every player shares the same face, turning each encounter into a game of suspicion and survival as players try to figure out who they are actually facing. Serious Sam: Shatterverse announced as multiversal roguelite. March 28, 2026 Devolver Digital and Behaviour Interactive have announced a new entry in the long-running first-person shooter franchise titled Serious Sam: Shatterverse. Developed by the studio behind Dead by Daylight, this upcoming title shifts the series into a five-player cooperative roguelite format. The project arrives as the franchise celebrates the 25th anniversary of its debut title, Serious Sam: The First Encounter, which originally launched in 2001. The game's premise involves a multiversal fracture caused by the series' recurring antagonist, Mental. This event allows players to take control of different versions of Sam "Serious" Stone from across various dimensions. Teams of five must work together to navigate shifting universes, defeat five of Mental's lieutenants, and repair the damaged Shatterverse. The gameplay aims to retain the high-pressure, run-and-gun combat typical of the series but introduces procedural elements across hand-crafted arenas in previously unexplored worlds. Progression in Serious Sam: Shatterverse relies on a mix of temporary boons and run modifiers collected during individual sessions and permanent upgrades that expand a player's capabilities over time. Players will encounter unstable anomalies and hidden portals that offer the chance to significantly power up a current run at the risk of an immediate failure. The available arsenal features a combination of classic weaponry from the series' history and new items unique to this title. The game will feature massive hordes of enemies, including both returning monsters and new entities under Mental's control. One of the surprise reveals during yesterdays Xbox Partner Preview was the announcement of Serious Sam: Shatterverse, a new multiversal multiplayer co-op title in the always fun Serious Sam series. The title, which will be handled by Devolver Digital and developer Behaviour Interactive, does have the blessing of Croteam, which is the studio responsible for the franchise - so that's always a good thing. "Shatterverse" obviously implies some wild multiple universe shenanigans, and that's what the 5 player co-op roguelite FPS title seems to lean in on with alternate versions of Sam working side-by-side, ever-shifting settings and some interesting gameplay mechanics. Behaviour Interactive acquires 7 Days to Die creator The Fun Pimps

Behaviour Interactive has acquired The Fun Pimps, creators of survival horror game 7 Days to Die, which has sold over 20 million copies since its Early Access launch in 2013. The Canadian gaming studio will provide additional support, expertise and production capacity whilst The Fun Pimps maintains creative leadership and control over development. The partnership aims to accelerate development of the game's existing roadmap without changing its creative direction. Behaviour CEO Rémi Racine said the franchise fits naturally within the company's goal of building a diverse horror portfolio and complements its flagship title Dead by Daylight. The Fun Pimps co-founder Richard Huenink said the partnership will help deliver on the team's ambitious vision for the game's future whilst rewarding its passionate community.
