About the job
- At least 5-7 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Experience within the automation industry is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in engineering is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Flexibility to travel up to 50% across North America.
- Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align services with their goals.
- Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Develop strategic proposals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Implement lead-generation tactics, including market research, networking, and outreach.
- Engage with and support the work environment, participate in company decisions, and contribute to direction and strategy development.
- Experience within the automation industry.
