  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, return shipments, packaging standards, shipping documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation with Shipping and Receiving.
  • Clarify cleaning and disinfection ownership, reinforce approved cleaning workflows, and support timely equipment turnaround and readiness with Environmental Services.
  • Support education and workflow alignment for safe and efficient movement of Guardian equipment throughout facilities, and escalate barriers affecting equipment availability or patient movement with Patient Transport.

  • Provide onsite support during pilots and commercialization launches, including daily equipment rounding during the initial stabilization period, typically the first two weeks following go-live.
  • Validate inventory, support workflows, reinforce approved operational education, engage staff, escalate issues rapidly, and identify operational gaps or adoption barriers.
  • Complete routine post-go-live rounding, generally monthly unless a different cadence is approved based on customer engagement, inventory performance, support volume, operational stability, and facility ownership.

About the company

TurnCare delivers B2B healthcare technology for high-acuity patients. Its core product, the Guardian System, is a therapeutic patient support surface that uses the VasoTactic algorithm to apply dynamic pressure gradients to the sacral region, helping maintain blood flow and reduce pressure injuries, and it includes an inflatable surface, a controller, and a real-time data dashboard. The company differentiates itself with its proprietary VasoTactic tech, data-driven decision support, and a usage-based payment model managed with Monetize360. Its goal is to reduce hospital-acquired pressure injuries, shorten hospital stays, and improve patient safety and throughput in acute care settings.
