Willingness to travel to residential care homes as required.

Responsibilities

Support delivery and continuous improvement of Regis' Higher Everyday Living Fee services.
Coordinate projects, research, documentation, and implementation activities that translate agreed strategy and operating models into practical day-to-day workflows.
Coordinate stakeholders, track actions and milestones, prepare implementation materials, and gather feedback to support consistent, resident-centred, compliant delivery and ongoing improvement.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in aged care, health, hospitality, retirement living, or another regulated consumer services environment.
Exposure to compliance, risk, or governance requirements in a regulated environment.

About the Role

As Project Coordinator - HELF, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of Regis' Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) services. Working closely with the National Manager - Ancillary Revenue, you will coordinate projects, research, documentation and implementation activities that translate agreed strategy and operating models into practical day-to-day workflows. You will also support consistent, resident-centred and compliant delivery across the network by coordinating stakeholders, tracking actions and milestones, preparing implementation materials and gathering feedback to inform ongoing improvement.
