About the job
- At least 3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive or founder, ideally in a start-up/SME or fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High discretion and comfort holding confidential, sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open threads and proactively drive follow-through without being asked.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig once a week.
- Track and support resolution of open action items and follow-ups across the leadership team, within the organization, and with external stakeholders.
- Assist the CEO in delivering on key accountabilities with accuracy and efficiency, including meeting preparation and document/deck drafting.
- Coordinate scheduling, batch meetings, and resolve conflicts in line with the CEO's priorities.
- Prepare, document, and follow through on meetings, company-wide syncs, and Town Halls, working with functional leads to drive alignment.
- Draft routine inbox responses for review, flag items requiring the CEO's attention, and handle or delegate the rest.
- Manage travel arrangements and other administrative needs end-to-end.
- Exercise discretion and sound judgment with sensitive, high-context information.
- Support additional tasks as needed by the CEO.
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) terminology and rhythms.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, health tech, or HMO/insurance environment.
