Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Create and execute on a comprehensive growth marketing plan that aligns with the B2B business's overall goals.
  • Build out a high-quality and economical acquisition channel portfolio to grow our B2B client database (leads), build the B2B brand, warm up B2B leads, and stimulate conversions.
  • Identify and own analytics across the marketing funnel (inbound and outbound), and deliver critical reporting.
  • Work alongside front end and data engineers to create dashboards for KPI and user behavior tracking and to test and refine landing page and email marketing strategies.
  • Identify and execute on product-led growth initiatives to drive lead volume and quality and work independently and self-sufficiently to test initiatives including landing pages, microsites, forms, catalogs, savings calculators, etc.
  • Lead prospecting strategy and technology by identifying and implementing the tools and technology used by the BDR team including owning the process of creating, testing, and deploying prospecting sequences.
  • Hire and manage a team of up to 4 BDRs with a dotted line to the Head of Sales.
  • Efficiently build and scale paid customer acquisition across LinkedIn, Meta and other key social channels. Manage a budget of $1.5-2M across channels.
  • Oversee the execution of ad campaigns, including design, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and performance tracking. Create design briefs and manage execution of creative content with design and copywriting teams targeting 2 new ad sets per month.
  • Create compelling content. Coordinate design and write copy to implement ads across digital and social channels, newsletters, emails, thought leadership, whitepapers, social media posts, and more.
  • Monitor campaign performance. Optimize for quality (95% of Leads are B2B leads) and efficient lead generation. Determine the key metrics per channel and campaign, set up quantitative dashboards, monitor results, and implement qualitative downstream feedback from the sales team.
  • Identify key trends and market opportunities in B2B. Partner with the Sales Team to create and execute on a campaign calendar for B2B corporate gifting (i.e. “admin day”).
  • Manage relationships with social media advertising platform representatives to stay informed on new features and opportunities. Must be well-versed in paid social best practices, including channel-specific creative formats as well as platform-level metrics and reporting tools. Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
